Provide personalised customer service and complaint support for money transfer customers at the Lozells Road branch (including phone customers). Maintain accurate cash records, assist branches with money transfer matters, and ensure all retail customers receive world-class service.

Reporting To:
- Head of Business
- Work with Retail & Online Customers, Beneficiaries, Telephone Customers, and Colleagues
- Provide product/service information and give rates & quotations.
- Create and process transactions for branch customers.
- Support walk-in, telephone customers, and beneficiaries with- queries.
- Forward queries to the correct department.
- Enter and update customer information.
- Maintain files, records, and reconciliation documents.
- Handle cash, PDQ entries, banking, and day-end balances.
- Report AML concerns or SARs to the nominated officer.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks as required.
- Support other departments when needed upon line manager’s request.
- Maintain KYC files, DCFCL checklist, MSI sales file, and PDQ/daily banking reconciliation.
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Duties may change based on business needs.
- Clear communication, patience, attentiveness, and polite behaviour
- Time management and ability to read customer needs
- Problem-solving and staying calm under pressure
- Friendly, helpful, approachable, and proactiv
- Customer service experience preferred
Staff are expected to arrive 5 minutes before the shift start and finish daily tasks before leaving at least 5 minutes after closing time.
